I love the cafe, and go often with my mother who is coeliac. Much on the menu is able to be made GF, or is already GF. They have cheese filled corn arepas that are to die for, and you can change any bread based order to use these instead. Honestly. Amazing.
However I can’t speak to the measures taken to prevent cross contamination. I haven’t seen or spoken to the kitchen to that extent. But my Mum who is a very sensitive coeliac, has never gotten sick :)
