Review of Nevados Tapas and Tequila

The staff is very knowledgeable about GF eating and requirements. The kitchen staff cleans down the surfaces and areas before cooking the GF food, do it takes a little bit longer for some dishes, but it’s well worth the wait. I’ve eaten here many times and never had a bad experience or been glutened
