Had a kind of steak tacos on corn tortillas which said gluten free, but within an hour I had an intense reaction with exhaustion and significant brain fog…my classic celiac “glutened” symptoms. Wouldn’t recommend unless they promise to use a dedicated workspace.

Very disappointing that this is yet another restaurant that marks items as GF even when they are cooked in shared fryers. On a positive note, our waitress checked everything that was in the drink I wanted and knew the term ‘cross-contact’.

I called and asked to speak to a manager or chef about kitchen practices and gf me u options safe for people with Celiac. I never got to speak with either of those people directly - the person who answered the phone just relayed the message and said they don’t have dedicated space or fryers so they can’t avoid cross-contact. She said they don’t recommend people with Celiac order anything other than salads.

Lovely lunch here with family. As a GF sensitive diner, I was happy with the choices. Had the Spinach Salad & Taco Cubano. The 3 others in my party were equally happy w/their choices. Sever was friendly & helpful.
Wonderful food, but cross-contaminated & made me sick. Not a dedicated fryer, not safe for Celiacs.

Exceptional, diverse large GF menu. Our server Whitney was Great! Had the Yuca fries, BBQ Pork Nachos and Devils on Horseback! Delicious AND my Celiac husband tolerated everything. Big recommendation for GF!

The waiter was knowledgeable and addressed what measures they took to prevent cross contamination. I had the pulled pork nachos and the eggplant fires, both were very good and I did not get sick. I asked several times about the eggplant fries and she assured me that it was breaded with GF flour cooked in a separate dedicated fryer. It was great
Okay so... they had options marked "gluten free" but truthfully they weren't, they were fried in the same fryer as bread. The waters seemed understanding and that they knew what to do but really they didn't know what cross-contamination was. I left the restaurant stressed about my experience and I felt like I ruined the dinner with all of the questions I had to ask. At one point in the dinner they gave me fried food and had to come back to my table to take it back away only after I asked whether it was Fried or not. I was "glutened" and felt horrible for that night.
