An excellent choice for GF Indian food. I've eaten here at least a dozen times, with no issues. The staff has been knowledgeable about cross contamination, and never fail to recommend excellent, and safe, options. No dedicated fryer, and the buffet is not 100% GF, but other than that, most of the menu is safe.

I called ahead and they assured me that they do not use wheat in any of their curries. I had the buffet and all items have an info card beside it that indicates if it is GF, vegan, nut free, etc. The server also told me that they can make GF breads on request. There is a risk of cross-contamination since it is a buffet. I didn't ask many questions about cross-contamination in the kitchen so I advise future patrons to do this. I did not get sick.
