Have celiac disease and am allergic to wheat. This is the best pizza crust (my son - also celiac) have had in Italy over the whole country over the last 3 weeks. The crust is on the thinner side, bendy and delicious! This location is family run, the crust is homemade and AIC certified. My family also loved the tiramisu. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. This is a pizza cafe- they do offer a few sandwiches but they are not gluten-free.
