The owner got somewhat defensive when asked about kitchen practices surrounding cross-contamination, which is a shame, because it seems that their safety is likely quite high. It would help to get clear answers about how they handle things so that I can make an informed decision.
Fish and chips (with shoestring fries) was excellent. Service was great.
