Wanted to pick up a quick lunch and this fit the bill perfectly. Ordered online, had the ability to choose GF bread and modify as I needed. Turkey Galore sandwich hit the spot! Highly recommend!

Listen, your gluten-free restaurant options in Solvang are extremely limited. We opted to come here to the deli/prepared foods area when staying overnight in town. They had closed down their grill early that evening due to low staffing, but the staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered bowls and a sandwich. Gluten free bread was available. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Sandwiches made from deli. Fresh baked scones, brownies, cookies. Salad choices. Love this place, great grocery chain for folks like us

Enjoyed a sandwich + chips here from the deli counter. Very good! The GF bread is substantially smaller than the gluten-bread sandwiches. The chips are also GF (corn). Not very many options in this area, nice to see a deli counter and grocery options available.
Busy counter at lunchtime, couldn't tell how careful they were with cross-contamination; however, I had no reaction.
Had an awesome gfdf half sandwich. We were having a hard time finding food we could eat in Solvang. We were thrilled to find this place.
New Frontiers is a great place to get GF groceries, local organic produce and even local meats. They have gluten-free breakfast bread, muffins and scones baked fresh every morning, and GF cookies as well. When I lived nearby I'd often come here to pick up breakfast or a treat. the deli and juice bar are great, too.
Nice organic grocery with a wonderful deli counter. You can order fresh made GF sandwiches or other deli items. And of course the grocery is full of GF options. One thing about the deli counter is there will always be a chance of cross-contamination as they also handle plenty of gluten containing menu items. So if you are highly sensitive or vigilant about your gluten be sure and make them aware to see if they have a procedure in place to reduce the risk of cross-contamination to as minimal a level as possible. BTW, short of driving to Santa Barbara or Santa Maria, New Frontiers is our only practical option for GF products in the Buellton-Santa Ynez-Solvang area.
BTW, prices at the deli counter are actually not bad. Given the price of fast-food these days a couple bucks more for a GF option is worth it...at least that is how I feel anyway.
