Server was understanding and they had gf soy sauce. I only ordered from the sushi menu, sushi arrived on a wooden platter which worried me about cross contact. However the sushi was great!

I do not know how thorough they are in the kitchen but have had sushi a few times without issue.

I found sushi rolls I thought would be safe then asked about it. They were knowledgeable and confirmed those would be safe. Served with gf soy sauce.

I had a bad experience here. I tried to ask questions and referenced the previous review about the manager being accommodating. The manager that night was busy and didn’t take time after 30 minutes to address my concerns. The waitress said she informed them of need for gluten free, but I still got pretty sick just from sushi. I would recommend going at an “off” or slow time or not at all.

While they don’t have a gluten free menu at the moment, a kitchen manager came to the bar and explained how they could make my sushi celiac safe (changing gloves, making sure the prep area was safe, etc.) They have gluten free rolling paper and soy sauce, and my tuna rolls came out great with no issues the next day! I went at a slower time of day and it is a brand new place so definitely let the community know if you try it and run into issues. Awesome staff!
