Although this restaurant had no gluten-free menu, the staff was well aware of gluten issues and were willing to make most dishes gluten-free. Some things, however, could not be made gluten-free, such as noodles and the like. But for everything else, they were able to use gluten-free sauces. They did warn me that some things would not taste as good or as authentic. I had a gluten-free kung pao chicken, and it was delicious! I suffered no ill effects from the meal.
