New Orleans House of Gumbo

The kindest, most conscientious couple owns this place. They made shrimp etouffée for us when our little girl could not eat the fried foods. Gumbo uses no roux so no flour and the red beavv no s and rice are safe. DELICIOUS authentic New Orleans food.
