Coralville store strives to make multiple dishes gf daily! There is generally at least one soup and veggies plus a protein ready on their hot bar. True that not all employees know a lot about gf, but remember, many are members who work a few hours monthly. If you pursue your questions, they WILL find a longtime employee who is VERY versed in gf, like Mercedes! They only use gluten free tamari sauce, no wheat-based soy sauce, so don’t worry about Asian dishes. They do not have a dedicated kitchen, but you can order gf paninis of your choosing. The bakery is at another location and is not a dedicated bakery, although There are PLENTY of gf breads and products available. They’ll also happily ORDER any items you desire. Cedar Rapids store rarely has prepared gf food! I am thrilled to be able to eat in Coraliville any day of the week!

I love this store. I can find such a large variety of gluten free groceries. And their deli counter allows you to order gluten free bread options for your sandwiches. Also some days there are gluten free soup options. Their gluten free chocolate cake is my favorite by far.
