Very accommodating and patient. Anything fried in oil is NOT gluten free because the same oil is used for gluten. However they will happy adjust other recipes. I had chicken in Thai sweet chilli sauce. Usually has crispy chicken but they substituted it with plain chicken. Worth a call.
