I ordered the regular bacon and cheese poutine and was surprised that it came with cheese sauce and not gravy (my fault for not paying more attention to the menu) but it was a pleasant mistake. I was assured that everything is GF except the hot dog buns. The employee even double checked for me.

Perfect place to go for the best gluten free poutine. The fries are delicious and the staff is friendly. I never got sick here even once. We go at least once a week.

One of my favourite places for fast food. Just avoid the hot dogs. Everything else is gluten free and they only use their fryer for the fries.

After some research online, I discovered that with an exception of the hot dog buns, everything at New York fries is gluten free. I have ordered from them several times now and I have not been glutened to my knowledge. That said, I am a very newly diagnosed Celiac and I might be wrong.
So yeah you can probably feel safe eating New York fries!

Gluten free fried and poutine!
They have a dedicated fries only fries, and the gravy is gluten free!
Cross contamination is very low as they only do hotdogs and fries and it’s all seperate..
