This facility is surreptitiously, 100% gluten-free. Food is amazing. Owned and operated by celiac, you can never go wrong with an experience here. But you must plan ahead because it is a special venue where they have classes and supper club and you must purchase in advance for specific evenings. Not expensive, but you will never regret it.
