Hotel NH Collection Copenhagen

I was so blown away by NH Collection. Not only is it a fabulous hotel in a great location they were also able to accommodate me for breakfast and dinner. They have a morning breakfast buffet and the chef was SO knowledgeable about celiac and so kind, did not make me feel a burden at all and remembered me when I went back the next day. He made me hot food (eggs, bacon) in a separate pan in the back and brought it to my table. Lots of fruits and a great coffee and tea station too. We also ended up dining in the lobby restaurant one night and they prepared a celiac safe burger with salad for me that was really great. Did not see this popping up on GF sites when I was doing my own research but give them a chance, they really made my trip as I found it harder than expected to find safe GF options sometimes in Copenhagen
