Review of Niche Gluten Free Cafe & Bakery

Great spot for lunch or grab & go. A small cafe near Seattle university. They don't have vegan deserts, but you can get something vegan from the main menu and they can customize (omit ingredients). We got the salad, black bean burger, niche grilled cheese without the bacon and Nutella waffelini. Everyone was happy.
