Review of Niche Gluten Free Cafe & Bakery

Such a gem in the city. A completely gluten-free restaurant. My non-GF husband got the Waffle-ini with bacon & egg & I (celiac) got the Niche Club sandwich on their thin homemade focaccia bread. We were both in heaven. Their bread was the best I've ever had. We also had their cookies, which were delicious. Gluten-free or not, this place is not to be missed! The next time I get back to Seattle, I will be eating there everyday!
