First time here, so I'll update if I learn more or have a reaction.

Edited: I've eaten here twice now, and it's fabulous! The kitchen is very aware of allergens, and both of the servers I've spoken to were knowledgeable about Celiac food needs. I haven't had any issues.

They have a dedicated gluten-free menu that is very clear about substitutions and possible contamination. They are very gluten-conscious, and made sure I knew that the fryer is not dedicated. But there are lots of other options, including burgers/sandwiches, ribs, steaks, salmon, etc. They even have a gluten-free chocolate torte for dessert that I'm looking forward to trying. (ETA: it's delish!)

They do clearly note that their kitchen is not gluten-free, so there's always the possibility of contamination. But it's one of the most in-depth menus and aware staff that I've experienced so far.
