I love Nick and Jimmy's. Waitstaff is super knowledgable and it is a bonus most food is cooked in olive oil instead of canola. They are happy to switch up sides to accommodate and their menu is also marked clearly.
This continues to be among my favorite Albuquerque restaurants. The staff remains attentive and rapidly confirms the Celiac- safety of anything I order.
Good selection of gluten free items, huge portions, I didn't get celiac sick.

Server was very accommodating to my request for GF, DF and no grains. Had blackened Tilapia with greens, Greek potatoes and salad. It was really delicious!
