The restaurant was chosen (not by me) for a business dinner. I called in advance and spoke to the manager. He was gracious, assured me they could accommodate me with care, and took my name. When our party arrived, the server knew my name and assured me they were prepared. I had steak. They cleaned the grill, changed gloves, and the owner personally walked my food through the whole process. They don’t have a gluten free menu but there were lots of steak and fish options.
