Nicola Pizza

So disappointed in Nicola’s! HF pizza is made in the same oven as all the pizzas. Cross contamination heaven. Same for their Boli. DO NOT list it as GF say it’s gluten friendly. No stars.

We tried their GF pizza today. It came out on an aluminum pan, which I appreciated. It was a thin crust & tasted pretty good!

I ordered their 10 inch gluten free pizza for takeout. My boyfriend ordered a regular 12 inch pizza that looked similar. They failed to mark which was gluten free and when we asked to confirm the counter staff said “I think this is the gluten free one” and marked it GF. When we asked another lady to confirm she got sassy and said it was already marked as GF. Not really confident they knew which was which. The pizza itself was OK. Sort of had a broccoli taste, not sure if it may be cauliflower crust. I felt extremely sick after. Would not recommend.

Zero options for my celiac kid except a salad. Not cool.

They have a low cal/gluten free “nicoboli” that is with no crust... it was pretty good!
