Review of Nicola's Italian Restaurant

NOT Celiac. GF pizza is made in the same brick oven as regular pizza. The only gluten free pasta is Penne. Make sure you clarify that you are celiac. They understand what it means, but just because they have GF on the menu, it doesn’t mean there isn’t cross contamination. We were told we could get a GF pizza for our daughter in the phone but when we then they informed us it would be exposed to wheat flour in the oven. The chef was nice enough to make a pizza in a different oven on a special pan for us, which was nice but it took us complaining to two different people before he made the offer.
