An amazing little place on Mahogany Rd, about 10 minutes outside of Fredericksted. Charming "gypsy cart" on side of road serving fantastic food. Bakery items and some small sandwiches on Wednesdays (but mostly *not* GF), lunch on Saturday and Sunday (with often several GF and vegetarian options). Small rotating menu is posted on their facebook page, usually the day before. We had a chicken/mushroom/risotto dish, a vegetable curry dish, butternut squash soup, cardamom rice pudding and flourless chocolate torte. All were ah-maz-ing. Had outdoor tables and chairs set up, wiped down the counter between each customer, clearly gives a lot of attention to doing GF with care. Definitely check the menu (on facebook page) in advance before making the trip to be sure GF offerings that day, but can't recommend highly enough.
