Standard American cuisine, so lots of gluten, but the staff were willing to discuss my needs. Note that I’m DH with a delayed reaction and not overly sensitive, so I’m not a good measuring stick for most celiacs. Anyways, we were able to deconstruct a taco salad (don’t eat the tortilla chips/shells here) and sanitize the grill before preparing the chicken. Our waitress did a great job explaining how the food was prepared, so I’m confident that other celiacs will have a good experience here.
