Had GF cannolis all laid out on open platters, but in a GF section on the counter, alongside plastic wrapped gluten items so the display seemed safe. However when we asked for a GF cannoli the served picked up the gluten tongs and we had to quickly tell them not to touch the GF items. Her and her manager didn’t understand why this would cross contaminate, and seemed confused when we asked them to use clean new tongs, or use clean gloves to pick them up. Very alarming
