We had called first to make sure how high the contamination could be. The woman on the phone was a little unsure, because they work with little flour but she could not exclude that something comes into contact. I had then chosen only the sushi which contains no sauces and generally no tempura or the like. When I asked if it could be prepared separately, it was no problem and I had no complaints after the meal.
