Placed a to-go order with the owner who was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Paneer is deep fried and cross contaminated. The chicken tikka masala and chicken korma are two of the things he highly recommended as being the safest. For deserts he highly recommended the rice pudding as being the safest.

Have been ordering from Nirvana for a few years. All the entrees are gluten free as are all the tandoori dishes. Beware the tandoori as the naan is made on the same ovens. Naan bread is stuck to the sides of the oven and meats are skewered and places in the open area, so be careful. We have not had issues but my Celiac kid does not eat the tandoori.

1/3 Placed order over the phone- tiger shrimp. Safe once again and when I picked it up I saw they do doordash!! Win!

10/28 second time was just as good if not better than the first trip. I absolutely loved the tiger shrimp- its under the tandoori section of the menu. I got it full spice. Also the gobi matar medium spice was delicious.

10/16/21This was my first time trying Indian food and I’m glad we did! We got the chicken tikka masala, tandoori chicken(this was my favorite) and shrimp vindaloo. I ordered takeout and said “gluten allergy”-had no problems. Will be back to try a few more dishes.

The menu is clearly marked with their plentiful Gluten Free items. Happy Grover provides excellent service and cN answer questions about the menu if you have any. My wife has Celiac and had the Pappadam Saag Paneer, along with a cheese curry (I forget the name). All of it was delicious.
