Need to give 24 hours notice for gluten free pizza. Even with that time the pizza was sad and soggy. Left a lot to be desired. The service was slow. It took at least 10 minutes for the bill to arrive after requesting it and even then they’d calculated incorrectly. If you go here, I’d stick to the GF pasta as the pizza was overpriced and not particularly good. The non-GF pizzas did look amazing though.

Gluten free pizza is available with 24 hours notice, and gluten free pasta is always available with a fettuccine alternative that can be substituted into any of their pasta dishes. The menu is on the pricier end for Italian, but delivery is free in the Niseko area. If you prefer your pasta dishes to be sparingly sauced, then this is to place for you. Otherwise, you, as I did, might consider the dishes a tad dry. Considering Niseko's options for GF dining though...
