Nitally's Thai-Mex Cuisine

While the fried rice that I ordered was good, we were a bit unlucky with the wait staff. The waiter that was serving our group didn't seem to be familiar with what dishes and ingredients were gluten free and which weren't. Due to the Thanksgiving rush, Nitally's was out of soda, and he was unsure whether I could have the Boba or any of the other drinks, which meant that I ended up having my dish with hot Jasmine tea (less than ideal). My guess is that the waiter was new, so I am only deducting two stars. However, I cannot comfortably say that this place is celiac friendly, due to the issues that we encountered.

The curry dishes are the only gluten free items on the menu which I give 4/5. I did receive pretty bad service, hence the bad review.

We were disappointed to hear they did away with their gluten free menu. The staff seemed "put out" when we asked about gluten free items, and didn't seem to care if they lost our business. Do NOT recommend for celiacs!

Very disappointed when we recently visited Nitally's. It's been a staple for us over the past three years visiting St Pete. They decided to do away with their many gluten free options. All they have now is a few curry choices. No longer a place for GF folks.

Gluten free menu. Plates listed as gf as to not get confused. Always a nice experience. There is a wait for food but it is worth it

HOW TO GET PEOPLE TO NEVER COME TO YOUR RESTAURANT.

(Boyfriend has very sensitive celiac disease. Needed too see their menu to see if he could eat anything)

1) The menu on your website doesn't work. Annoying because it's 2015 but I decide to call.

2) Call to ask about their gluten free menu. A nice girl starts suggesting some things but then...

3) INTERRUPTED by a jerk who screams at me on the phone and says "WE DONT HAVE TWENTY FIVE MINUTES TO READ YOU THE MENU GO ONLINE. "

4) I explain it doesn't work. He apologizes then hangs up on me.

5) I call back and ask to speak to a manager, the same guy lies and says there isn't one there and then says that "THE WORLD DOESNT REVOLVE AROUND YOU AND WE ARE TOO BUSY."

6) hangs up on me again.

Dear friends, I did not step one foot into this restaurant and I never will. My request for information because THEIR WEBSITE DOESNT WORK was met with negativity , rudeness, and lies. You do not treat POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. If this is the way their staff treats people, I fear for their future. I will also make sure to tell all my friends how unhelpful and rude the staff is at this place. My boyfriend and I are dedicated foodies and this place could have had a ton of our business. Too bad for them.

Absolutely incredible! They have a large GF menu. Try the pad Thai curry!!! I am visiting from out of town and ordered it 2 days in a row.

Very good food, spicy and good. Interesting combinations. Do have a gluten free menu and understanding staff. I will become a regular!
