We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, but we popped in to the restaurant on a Sunday night at 8:45 to celebrate our son’s birthday with a quick dessert and we felt so unwelcome. The restaurant was at least half empty, but the server felt she needed to chide us for not making a reservation. I ordered crème brûlée and she said it had flour in it, which didn’t ring true with me. She did check and it turned out it came with a cookie, so I was able to have the crème brûlée. I do appreciate her checking and keeping the cookie separate, but I felt self-conscious that we weren’t wanted there and it didn’t fit at all with the experience of the hotel stay.

I was happy they had GF options after traveling all day. The burger I had lacked seasoning. Friends' non GF burger also lacked flavor. For the bun, they used GF bread. The coffee creme brulee however was to die for, absolutely delicious!
