Fantastic hosts, very welcomed and recognised the coeliac (or Italian celiaca) note on the reservation. We were underdressed but they welcomed us in anyway, food was suberb though you're recommended to order off the main menu rather than the tasting menu if you've got allergies. Host went through the menu recommending what was safe to eat. Pasta dishes could be swapped out for gf penne or fusilli which was great pasta and a variety of other options could be gf.

They do not advertise gluten free very well, but are knowledgeable. When asked if they cater to coeliacs, they immediately explained that the many options from memory. Two types of pasta to swap out for pasta dishes and a variety of other options. You can't do the taster menu with diertary requirements, but the food was very tasty and knowledgable staff made for a comfortable dining experience.

Literally the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. I ate it with the burrata. I literally ate at this restaurant 3 times on a week long trip because it was so good. Highly recommend.
