We went to the location in gatlinburg and when asked the host at the door about the gluten free menu he handed us one. I then asked to make sure about the "dedicated fryers" and he said they use the same fryers/oil for everything. He said "if there is an allergy I wouldn't eat the chips." So the dedicated fryer info is FALSE or the host was not knowledgable. Luckily I asked since our 4 children have celiac disease and it could have ruined a good 12-24 for most of them on our vacation. Not impressed with the restaurant overall.
