I ordered the scallops, rice and veggies and it was delicious. They prepare the gluten free items in the kitchen, not on the hibachi with everyone else’s. The plates from the kitchen are white and the hibachi plates are black, so there’s no mixing them up. They could also do sushi but I didn’t try it. GF items are not marked on the menu, just ask the server. The chef at the table put on a fabulous show! It was a great night.
