On the positive side, the food and drinks are generally good and they are never rude about accommodating my request for gluten free food. I've been here a few times and usually felt pretty safe, but the most recent visit it was a close call.

I ordered the brisket after being assured it would be gluten free, but when it came out with something fried on top I got a little worried. I asked and the waitress assured me it was "just potato fried in oil." I asked whether that meant in a pan or in a shared fryer, and she said she'd go ask. They came back and took the food away because it totally is a shared fryer. When the dish came out the second time they explained the the mustard had beer in it, so it was without the fried thing and also without mustard. It was, at this point, not very impressive looking. I appreciated that they got it right in the end but I thought I could easily have gotten sick and it wasn't a great meal (probably due to missing its intended elements).

I wondered if they thought it didn't really matter if it was truly gluten free or not. I am not sure I will give them another try, it seemed like the whole menu had gone pretty far downhill and I wonder if they lost their original chef.
