Noble Pie Parlor Midtown

Recently diagnosed with celiac but this has been my most uncomfortable experience yet. I used to know a lot of people that worked here so i know the drug use is rampant among employees and i am fairly certain the girl at the counter was totally strung out.

I asked if they could do a gluten free pizza and she said yes with a distant blank stare. she asks what i want on it and i say which toppings are not gluten free and she just stares at me. So i say actually just cheese is fine. She asks if i want 14" or 18". I said 14" and she rings it up as cheese pizza 14". The whole interaction was very odd which caught me off guard but i remembered from these reviews that only the 12" is gluten free. I said, so this 14" pizza is gluten free and she says "uhhhhhhhh.......blank stare.... let me check." she comes back and cancels the order and rings it up as "12" gluten free". I am super sketched out but order it anyway. I asked if the ranch was gluten free and she said no. The guy that delivered the pizza seemed like a functioning human and he said the ranch was gluten free and i ate it. Still not sure what the correct answer is. I was very unwell for the next two days which i assume was due to the pizza contamination.

— Good

Fantastic pizza and with knowledgeable staff!! Ordered the Fritz and it was amazing! The staff that took our ordered assured me they take extra measures to avoid cross contamination. They have gf cider as well. Worth it!!!

Eat pizza here often and have never gotten sick (knock on wood). I recommend either the T-Pane or the Pep in Yo Step GF pizza (only available in 12” size). I also enjoy the Burg style wings - so good. Pair with a glass of cider and call it good.

Excellent gluten free pizza. I ordered pepperoni and sausage I wait to make reviews to see how I feel. No reaction. They also have a gluten removed beer option (Estrella Damm Daura).

I have only had the wings so far but that fryer is dedicated! I spoke to one of the women who helped open the place and they can make a gluten free pizza and place it on parchment so it never touches anything else! I’m super excited to go back and try. Will update when I do!
