I heart Noble. I have celiac and am very sensitive. I’ve eaten here twice and haven’t gotten sick. They are careful and clearly mark GF items when they are brought out, keeping GF food separate from the regular stuff. They have separate cook areas and a dedicated fryer. Nice staff who are trained to take food sensitivities seriously.

Ate here for the first time with my family after being diagnosed with Celiac. It was wonderful! The menu was easy to understand as to what foods were gluten free. There was a great selection as well. We will definitely be back!

Amazing gluten-free options and taste. The waitress was super knowledgeable about all of the precautions and stations in the kitchen. My mom, who is not celiac, enjoyed her gf dish as well! The menu is extremely well laid out what you can and cannot have if you are celiac or lactose intolerant. Tons of menu items to choose from! Will definitely return

Lots of GF options and definitely celiac friendly. As a regular restaurant, it’s not up to par with what GR has to offer. Still, the abundance of GF choices makes it worth a visit.

Wow! They are not kidding when they said the best gluten free waffle! It was crunchy, light and just slightly sweet. Absolutely heavenly! As was the GF coffee cake! Yum!

The Basics: I had the pleasure of enjoying a meal here with my family of 6 adults and 4 young children at around noon today (a Sunday). Our group included 2 with sensitive Celiac disease [unable to eat anything that has touched wheat, some types of oats, and related grains]. This diner was very open, modern, and noticeably clean. The staff was polite and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. There were about a dozen people, in four or five groups, waiting for seating. I expected a significant wait, but was pleasantly surprised when everyone was seated within 15 mins of our arrival. Our waitstaff were a first day waitress-in-training and her trainer who was one of Noble's owners. The Menu: They had a 2-page menu that was full of variety for breakfast and lunch with something for everyone. It contains thoughtfully-sourced foods, mostly organic, all scratch-made, and much of which is sourced locally. Roughly 70% of their menu is gluten-free or can be ordered gluten-free and, while it's a shared kitchen, it has designated tools, toasters, grills, and deep fryers to avoid contamination. Every item shows if it is organic, gluten-free, or can be made gluten-free. The Order: With a crowd like ours we were bound to have a very diverse order. Noble uses an electronic pad-based ordering system that itemizes the order by individual seats making it more accurate, especially for large orders. Our family tried French toast with scratch strawberry jam, 'best on earth' gluten-free (GF) Belgian waffle with scratch cinnamon butter syrup, GF biscuits with scratch peach jam, fresh sausage patties, 4-egg ham/colby/hashbrown omelette, sweet potato chips, fries, bacon cheeseburger, chili, GF chicken fingers, and grilled cheese. Drinks included bottomless cups of locally brewed Brix sodas, French-press coffee, and chocolate milk. The Food: Was incredible. The kids each enjoyed their food and were quite silent as they ate (a miracle on both parts). All of the adults were impressed with their choices. Each bite required sharing of the flavors with the rest of us. It ended up sounding much like the happy guests in the Disney movie Ratatouille; a sound most parents have heard a hundred times. I must make special comment on the GF waffle that boldly claimed to be the best on earth...we agreed that it was a strong contender for being just that. The Critique: There was very little to complain about. The best that I could come up with were a delay in receiving one of the two GF waffles and the order of sweet potato chips. The waffle had accidentally been given to another customer and the chips were sent out after noticing that fries were mistakenly entered as the burger's side. They quickly remedied the problems and brought out complimentary carrot sticks and ranch for the kids while they waited. They apologized repeatedly, however I felt that those minor issues were completely forgivable, especially on the waitress' first day. It was very thoughtful and really appreciated for them to bring out something for the kids since kids are often impatient when hungry. The Results: Pricing was very reasonable. It averaged $10 per person and was the cheapest price that our family has escaped with on a gluten-free, Celiac-safe restaurant. The food portions were generous, but not obscenely so, and very little food was left or wasted. Every single one of us left happy and full, with about half of us taking some leftovers to eat on our trips heading home. This was an amazing gastronomic visit and we plan on frequenting Noble whenever we are in town. Thanks to everyone at Noble for making it a memorable experience!

First time I've had biscuits and gravy in years. It was a slice of heaven, and I'll definitely go back to try out more of the menu when I'm in town again. There are a LOT of GF options on the menu. I'm looking forward to the next time...

Great little local restaurant serving up big favors and unique items. The best part is they not only offer most of their signature items in a Gluten Free option but they also have very kid friendly items that are also Gluten Free. Organic, locally grown/sourced, and Gluten Free items. Staff is all knowledgeable with the various allergies and food related dietary needs. Plus, it's very budget friendly. Our family of 3 can easily eat here and be full for under $30. Our 7 yr old has Celiac and is very sensitive to the slightest contamination. She absolutely loves the waffles and French toast and we have not had an issue with her being gluetened.

My son had the stuffed french toast made with gluten free bread and he said it was delicious! Items on the menu were clearly marked as gluten free or gluten free option. The waitress noted his food was for a Celiac and it was brought out separately from our non-gluten free food. Both stacks of his french toast contained wooden picks marked with "gluten free." Most of the menu was gluten free, vegan, or gluten free option. He had no ill effects and loved every bite. We will make this a regular stop as we had no worries about cross contamination, not to mention it tasted much better and was less expensive than Anna's House.

Since cutting gluten, I crave breaded food. Noble has gluten free breaded fried fish and breaded chicken strips. They also have GF waffles! They use dedicated fryers. The staff is knowledgeable.

This restaurant is by far the best GF catered facility I have been to. I wish they extended their hours to enjoy their menu longer but they have decided to open on SUNDAY'S Now! My favorite meal is the Chicken and waffles Sandwich.
