Review of Nobó (Treathouse)

Review

Stopped here for a late afternoon ice cream, açaí bowl and a few baked treats. They were all delicious. Especially liked the soft serve, which was dairy-free and super creamy, dressed in the restaurant’s pistachio caramel sauce. *Nearly* everything is gluten-free — they had non-gf croissants, made elsewhere, on their own tray and outside of the baked goods case. (There were also special croissant tongs.) It was a little odd that Nobo would be marked as dedicated gluten-free with the open-air croissants, though; while it was safe (no croissant crumbs on the gf baked goods, only gf oats used in the granolas, staff changing gloves, etc), I found it a bit strange and wish the croissants were in a very separate section, maybe in a container with a lid.
