We were happy to find this place for breakfast as they had good gf bread that they made French toast with. They cooked it in a separate pan and my daughter who is VERY sensitive didn’t react to after the meal. My husband got a lunch option, white fish, rice and salad which he liked and didn’t react to. We found the smoothies a little on the frothy side and milky but after a few days here in Tamarindo other smoothies have been similar so that might just be how they make them here.

I ate here almost every day! Traveling as a highly sensitive celiac I was so worried . This place is amazing. Gluten free granola for açaí bowls, gluten free bread for all toasts and they were extremely aware and knowledgable . Trusted!

Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about gluten, they have a dedicated space with no cross contamination. Will definitely eat here again

We stopped in for lunch yesterday - I was prepared to just order a drink while my family had burgers .. but found a lovely menu with some gluten free options listed. I mentioned I was celiac and could not have any gluten and they helped to guide me - I chose the ceviche that came with patacones.. which I just asked them to skip because the server mentioned they are typically deep fried in shared fryer .. but then the server came back out and said the chef offered to fry in a pan in a separate area - they didn’t want me to miss out because they taste so good! Smoothies amazing there too. Plus my gluten eating family adored their burgers fries and chicken sandwich.

I had breakfast omelette without cheese. I was happy that they said they had gluten-free options; this is something I have struggled with in Costa Rica. They had gluten-free bread on their menu and I subbed it for the regular bread. I asked about the toaster and was told they cooked all of the gluten-free in a totally separate kitchen. I really enjoyed my breakfast and the service was good.
