Server blatantly lied to me about “dedicated GF” deep fryer. I ate the food. Afterwards she corrected her mistake like it was no big deal. I had been extremely clear that I had Celiacs before ordering. This restaurant pretends to take GF seriously but they absolutely do not. I was very sick from this restaurant. I would avoid if you have allergies or Celiacs.

Fantastic food and so many GF options it was hard to decide. I had the lamb curry, wish we were here longer, I'd go back!

I’ve eaten at Noi numerous times and have never been sick. Their menu specified which items are gluten free. Note: Even though the chicken satay is not marked as gluten free, if you tell your server about your needs, they can make it gluten free by omitting the bread from the platter.

Duck prepared one of two ways and both are Gluten free created a nice delima, so I let the waiter decide .... He made a great choice and now I need to go back and try thw other.

One of my friends is vegetarian and his options were broad and creative

I had a very bad reaction after eating the pad Thai which was specifically labeled as gluten free. I definitely will not eat here again.

Delicious gluten free options. I still specify that I have celiac when ordering and I have never once gotten sick. Noi Thai has always been my go to since being diagnosed.

I'm GF, though not celiac. Had cashew net chicken. Husband not GF, had drunken noodles. Both entrees excellent. Had the fresh rolls as appetizer. Everything nice & fresh. Had the dark rice pudding for dessert. So nice & different. Very light on the stomach. Wait staff welcoming & knowledgable. A definite do over anytime we're in Bend.

It's been rough since they changed chefs. Once my GF chicken skewers came with toast on the plate, tried it once more and my GF spring rolls had crumbs (from using the same cutting board as the toast) on them. They used to be great and now I won't go there.
