Just stopped for a green juice but they had GF items, healthy power balls and prepackaged homemade nuts. I did not have anything else but would come back if I was here longer. Everything looked healthy and fresh.
Fabulous restaurant/cafe!! The staff were all really friendly and knowledge about allergies, including coeliac and gf. Menu is marked with allergens and our server checked the kitchen when I asked is the soy sauce was gluten free.
Recommend the chicken on a stick and chocolate cake!!
🙏🏼
I had the açaí bowl without granola. It was pretty good and I didn’t get sick. The waiter was texting with the chef, which I appreciate. I’ve been glutened by vanilla flavoring in the past which is wild, but we all know it hides everywhere. Anyway, I was trying to explain this to the waiter bc I wanted to confirm vanilla flavoring was gluten free, but he couldn’t wrap his mind around it and proceeded to explain that gluten is what makes bread stretchy... So I gave up on that dish and ordered something else. The matcha was also VERY good. They use Oatly (certified gf). Establishment as a whole does a pretty good job, I just triple check with waiters because I’ve been glutened by things restaurants say are gf and turns out they aren’t.
Good spot for gluten free breakfast or lunch! A lot of gf options and they are marked on the main menu.
It's a healthy no-nonsense type of restaurant. They don't use artificial sweeteners, they have a lot of plant based, dairy free and vegan options.
We had chocolate pancakes and a green salad. Quality was very good.
