Nolaas Gluten-free, Keto & Vegan Eatery

Fantastic little eatery for breakfast or lunch. Full GF, LF offerings. The breakfast platter ( eggs, bacon etc) was a full meal. For lunch, I had the chicken sandwich with peach salsa. Delicious! They also have their own special sauce for sandwiches. Top it off with a GF square - I had the blueberry crumble. Prices may seem high but this is an expensive little town. I’m full on Celiac and lactose intolerant. Nolaas was a wonderful find, with very friendly staff.

Dedicated gluten restaurant and bakery in NOLA. Small covered patio for summer as well that is dog-friendly. Food was good but a little pricey. The smoked meat sandwich was great!! Also tried some of the baking including the cannoli and peanut butter brownie. Was all very good and seems to be a celiac safe place to eat!

The entire restaurant is gluten free and is cconvenient to all of the Shaw Festival theatres. Sandwiches, salads, bowls and all day breakfasts are available along with a tasty selection of baked goods. Food is good but a little on the pricey side... however, this is NOTL and so is to be expected.

So many unique options! The pierogies were fantastic! Most things are almond flour based, but they do have a rice flour bread too.

We happily stumbled upon this all gluten free restaurant! We both had delicious chicken sandwiches and iced teas on the outdoor patio. Although service was not fast, we enjoyed people watching and all the beautiful flowers while we waited for our food. I would recommend this gem to any other people with GF, keto or vegan diets.

So nice to be on vacation and visit a place where you don’t need to worry about cross. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. I had the the breakfast sammy.

Stopped in a got six of their amazing baked treats. Lemon bar, chocolate brownie, chocolate and peanut butter brownie, butterscotch cheesecake, butterscotch crack. Simply amazing. And price was fantastic too.

I stayed in Niagara on the Lake for the weekend and this place was perfect! The staff are amazing and the food is excellent. Highly recommend and this seemed to be the only dedicated GF place near my hotel. I was able to walk over and get feet food both days I was in town. I recommend the breakfast sandwich- so delicious!

O!M!G! 😱😱😱 If you are in the Niagara area, you MUST put Nolaa’s in Niagara on the Lake or Grimsby on your list of GF places to hit up! I bought their cannoli for dessert for a family dinner and I am the only one who is GF; they were a hit! Bonus for those who are also vegan - these were and still not a complaint from anyone! I highly recommend as they do more than just treats! I will definitely be back next time I am down this way!
