Review of Nola's

Eaten here before without issues. Got glutened here however. Waitress was uninformed. Assumptions made by chef and is only aware obvious sources of gluten and not all sources (e.g. malt, vinegar, caramel coloring, etc..). Do not say you offer a gf menu or options if the staff is uninformed; it's simply unsafe for those of us with an allergy or intolerance. Complaint filed. Will not eat there again, nor will my family.
