Honestly don’t know how knowledgeable the staff is cause our server spoke so little English but the menu is well-marked. I took a chance and had a marvelous meal: foods I usually don’t get to eat (chicken fried in a potato starch batter, bi bim bop, lotus chips), wonderfully spiced and nicely presented.
