Research: They were very friendly when I called ahead to see if they had any gluten free options. They said they did as well as saying that they were aware of celiacs disease and nearly everything could be made gluten free. The bread: BEST gluten free bread I've ever had. They say they make it in house. Very "pre-dinner" oriented with lots of subtle herbs.Drinks: Great drink menu, and even the bartender, or whatever the fancy word for the alcohol expert on site, asked how sensitive I was and whether or not I could have whiskey, which some celiacs avoid, and he knew this! Impressed.Entrée: Most of the menu can be made gluten free, and they are very detailed about what they do to to alter it. So while their is no gluten free menu, the waitress was full of information to make up for it!While dinner for two was over $100, it's a great fancy atmosphere and I have rarely felt so catered to when it comes to my gluten allergy.
