Ironically, the ONLY thing that’s safe for celiacs at Nonsolo is the pasta dishes, but that’s not bad news because they have good pasta dishes. Celiacs WILL need to negotiate with the wait staff about what’s in each of the pasta sauces, but they seem to know their stuff when it comes to gluten and cross contamination. Also be aware that the griddle at Nonsolo is a shared surface, so don’t eat anything cooked on it. I had the GF pasta with mushroom cream sauce, and I was only able to add grilled chicken to it only because I was the first customer of the day and the griddle had been thoroughly cleaned the day before. The dish was quite good.
