No measures to prevent cross contamination. Put my rice noodles in the pan that just had wheat ones. Use same stirring utensils in all fry pans.
When I said I was celiac and I couldn't eat the food they made me, they stared at me, utterly confused as to what the word "celiac" was. No offer to discount or refund at all. I paid for and waited for something I could not eat.

Would not recommend for anyone with celiac disease. Very inconsistent, often cross contaminated or the wrong noodle used. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place but it's not worth the risk. My most recent order had some ribbon noodles in it despite me stating several times that I can't have any gluten present.

Went today because they had a sale on their Spicy Peanut Noodle Box. Requested the Rice noodles and said it was to be gluten free. They wrote rice noodles and gluten free on the slip. Got my order to go so I didn't see what was inside until I got to my class. The noodles looked thicker than any rice boodle I had seen before but I was starving so I ate some. After a few bites it didn't taste like rice noodles so I stopped eating, wating until I could look online to what their noodles looked like in pictures.
100% they gave me ribbon noodles, not rice noodles. They gave me the ones made with wheat. So now I get to have horrible symptoms for the next couple weeks.
Food wasn't even that great tasting either. So now I've been glutened off of mediocre food. Skip this location whenever possible.

Contaminated often! But those without celiac would likely be fine.
No
Tasty but their GF versions of dishes are sometimes a bit mushy. The chinese fried rice dish is great. This is not a dedicated gluten free restaurant and I have experienced cross-contamination on 2 of my 8 visits (may not be for specific location but for chain in general)
No
Gluten free options. Noodles for eat in or ake out. Kids boxes.
Yes
I’m very symptomatic and the symptoms I experienced tell me there was little done for cross contamination, or there could have been wheat in sauces etc.

My experience with noodle box is always amazing and I’ve never had a reaction. Portions are on the larger side but so delicious!!!

Mr celiac son loves this place! They are very careful about cross-contamination, as they have celiac family members as well! Food is delicious as well!

Lots of clearly marked gluten free options. I’ve had 3 different dishes and have never gotten sick. They seem to understand cross contamination. One of my go to lunch places these days! Love the pad Thai. Was told couldn’t get the egg on top cuz it’s cooked on the grill where they cook Nan bread.

CCA advice has changed - they are no longer committed to cross contact reduction! Used to be a safe experience and more than one option can be done gf. A go-to when other safe places in town were closed.
