Noodles and Company

If you ever run into a Noodles and Company, turn around and run away. I haven’t had any good experiences. They would always make mistakes with my orders (for example, they were too lazy to open a new bag of noodles and I was served 3 uncooked noodles.) I always got random pieces of vegetables that weren’t in my order but I never really questioned it until I got a really terrible reaction. I am very sensitive and they never did anything to be careful with my orders. If you’re sensitive with gluten and/or want any sort of decent customer service, avoid this place.

I've had hit or miss experiences at noodles & company. My most recent experience is honestly was more so myself to blame. I ordered gluten-free rice noodles and assumed that they were the correct noodles before eating them turns out I have never seen that shape of noodle before in a gluten-free form and I should have gone with my gut instinct instead my gut repaid me back the next few days as I was severely sick. If you do go to a noodles and company please be sure to reiterate that you need gluten-free noodles and that they need to make sure to not cross contaminate.

Be very careful and double and triple check your order. They have gf options but make mistakes often.

They were very polite, but I had a bad reaction. Please be careful.

they have several GF menu options with GF pasta. But because of molecules in the air they can't guarantee 100% GF. I have Celiac and react within 15 min. so far so good!

As soon as I told her I was gluten free she went and got me a little brochure listing the items and substitutions. They have Pad Thai which was very good. Also have GF fuselli that can be added into multiple dishes. Salads as well. Good and quick!

Only one entree that was GF - Pad Thai. All other entrees on allergen chart has gluten

They have a good size amount of dishes that are Gluten Free or can be made Gluten Free. They also have a Nutrition and Allergen Guide on their website. www.noodles.com

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.
