I have eaten here several times with no incident and the food is good!
Excellent! Edward the cashier explained the process for safe food prep and personally cooked our food. I was told they are VERY versed with CD and have many come in throughout the day who are GF. Food was perfect, no issues!

I have been to noodles and Company several times, and have always had excellent experiences there! This is the only location I have been to since being diagnosed with celiac, but they have been wonderful every time. They change the water in our very clear and letting me know what is safe and what is not, including shared surfaces. Every dish I have ever had there is amazing, and while I wish more of their meat options were safe from cross contamination, I am never unsatisfied with what I am able to have. I attempted to order chicken on my dish last time, and was promptly and kindly notified by the staff that the chicken is on a shared service as gluten containing ingredients. I can’t say enough about how kind and courteous their staff are, not at all put off by the idea of accommodating a gluten-free order. I will definitely be a continued customer!

How careful they are about your gluten free order really depends on how busy they are when you come in. If it's empty they are great and super careful, but if there are even a few other customers you might get sick. Their gluten free dishes are pretty good though!

Great restaurant! Online it appears the only GF option is Pad Thai. But they can make several other dishes with the rice noodles, making them GF. If you ask in the restaurant, they will give you this list. They put the allergen alert on your order ticket and use a fresh wok for my food without me asking. Everyone takes it very seriously.
When ordering I was ensured cross contamination would be avoided as much as possible. I felt comfortable with the people making my meal. It was fresh and hot

My two teens and I all have to avoid gluten. I am Celiac, my daughter has a full-blown gluten and gliadin allergy, and my son gets flu-like symptoms if he eats gluten. We’ve eaten at other Noodles & Company locations with no problems. So when I placed our order and explained that we needed 3 gluten-free Mac and cheeses with grilled chicken, I assumed the employees would be as cautious as they had been at other locations. I was wrong. Halfway through my son’s meal he noticed regular glutinous noodles mixed in with the “gluten-sensitive pipette” noodles. I took it to the register and showed them. They apologized and remade the dish, but my son had already been glutened and has been sick for several days as a result. Use extreme caution at this location. There is definitely cross contamination going on.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly
