I have celiacs and my son is gluten intolerant. We have eaten here quite frequently and have not had any problems.
When I ordered my noodles over the phone I asked for the rice noodles. The employee asked if it was for an allergy and assured me that they would use a new pan. The order came with only rice noodles, however, I got sick off of it so I believe they didn't do a very good job of preventing cross-contamination.
I went to Noodles with my coworkers and researched ahead of time on the Internet and called the restaurant. They have many modifications you can do or you can get the pad thai which has 0 modifications needed. I went to noodles and ordered the pad thai. I asked them to cook it in a new batch of water in a freshly cleaned bowl and they said that they would accommodate and watch for cross contamination. At the end of my bowl, there was a wheat macaroni noodle. After I had eaten my entire meal. Needless to say the side effects were immense. I got very sick and will never return to noodles and company again. I highly advise you to talk to the manager when you go there if you choose to go to see if you can get their support.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.
