my mom picked up food for me while she was in the area. I got the chicken veracruz salad (no crispy jalapeno, unfortunately - they're gluten!) and cross contamination definitely exists -- I found a crouton and a noodle in my salad.

idk if she informed them of the gluten sensitivity or not. idk if it would make a difference. so just be cautious

Incredibly allergy friendly and the majority of the dishes could be made with the gluten-free pasta and sauces. Happy happy joy joy!

Had good experiences at the Timberline location. Consistently glutened at the one on Harmony. There’s an older guy at that one that scoffs at gluten free orders so I stopped going to that one

Really good food. Staff is very knowledgeable and if you’re not sure, they have an allergen tool on their website that filters out what you can and can’t have for specialty diets.

Very few options, not celiac safe as there is a lot of cross contamination. My friend found and I both found gluten noodles in with our gluten free meals.

They have special gluten-free noodles that aren’t bad. I’ve have the buffalo chicken Mac multiple times without getting sick. Their parm chicken that comes with it has gluten so I just switch it with grilled chicken.
